Above and beyond. In FL temporarily and having to evacuate, Business Manager Holly offered to drive by my Moms new memory care unit in Naples since we were unable to be in touch. All was good but her assurance she would update me, take her time to give me peace was more than I ever hoped. Every one at Frantz is incredibly friendly and helpful. Dr. Burkley is really excellent. He explains procedures thoroughly in advance, takes the time to put the patient at ease, and answers all questions clearly and in a manner thats fully understandable.
