Fabulous care and attention. The Frantz team is incredibly well organized and has an almost Ritz-Carlton service mentality. From top to bottom they communicate well, explain where you are going, what they will be doing, who you will be seeing, etc. I always feel like I have the opportunity to ask question and always get answers. They are very busy and some of the visits can go a bit long but at the end of the day o think the minor inconvenience is worth the quality of care. I highly recommend Frantz eye care.

The Doctors at very compassionate about the care of their patients. When it comes to eye treatment, naturally you are going to be nervous and anxious wondering if you you are going to get the best care. The professionals at Franz Eye Care makes sure that those worries are not so pronounced. This starts with the first call you make to throughout your treatment process.

Dr Nicole and her staff were amazing ! I would like to thank Tracey for helping pick out frames and walking me through my insurance plan, I took a lot of her time up but she assured me it was no problem at all and that she loved helping pick out frames I will definitely be back for my next pair thanks a bunch!!!
