Im impressed with the thoroughness of the evaluation, the respectful treatment by Doctor and staff; my big complaint is that I was asked to come in a half hour early to fill out paperwork. I signed in and then sat down in the waiting area for 20 minutes. at 1:15, the time when I shouldve had my appointment, I went to check in at the desk. No one had given me anything to fill out in the 20 minutes that I sat and waited. After I went to the desk at 1:15, I was handed several pages of paperwork. Therefore, my visit was delayed. After that, I was pleased with how the visit went .

Dr Johnson, her assistants and staff, and indeed all Frantz Eyecare personnel, are unfailingly professional, pleasant, helpful and capable medical providers. Nothing but good to report.
