The facility is A-1. The staff is very good except noone told me that my 7:45 appointment was delayed until a tech was available to complete the preliminary exam until 8:30. Thats when I inquired and within 5 minutes a tech became available. The remainder of the visit went well. Was pleased with Dr. Vaziri since he didnt yet have my vision medical from Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. But then I received an email bill for $47 although the visit had not been filed with UHC. I consider these to be minor glitches that didnt affect the quality of the first visit. I wouldnt reduce the rating below 4.9.
