Franz EyeCare, although a very large practice, is professional, timely, with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Today, Geoffrey called me back and conducted most of my work up. He explained what he was doing each step of the way and ensured I was comfortable. When Dr. Haidet came in, he too explained my test results and the why behind the exam. Check in and check out staff was helpful too! Love my Rx sunglasses!

Friendly, professional and efficient from Hello, to Well see your next ?? Doctor was thorough and explained things in laymans terms! The office was busy, but not once did I feel like we were rushing.
