I was very impressed with Frantz EyeCare Fort Myers. It was my first visit (they were referred to me randomly by a person I had just met). The place is HUGE, so I thought I would wait around a lot! I did not wait. They have a very efficient system of people who are exceptional in the customer service arena. I was seen by 2 professionally trained eye assistants who did most of what previous eye doctors have done. Then Dr. Nguyen (When ) came to see me. She was exceptionally attentive. I ask a lot of questions. I will receive new glasses in 2 weeks. They reviewed my insurance to give me the best price possible. I was very impressed and they will be my eye doctors from now on.
