I love the PG Office. It is very convenient to my home everyday running around. I miss some of the staff that used to be there, but todays experience was awesome! Maria at the front desk was very engaging made us feel welcomed.I cant remember my 1st techs name? She seemed very thorough listened to my concerns.Next I had the pleasure of spending time with Leslie (Scribe). She was professional kept things light hearted.Then there was Dr. Burkley. I loved him. He made me feel like family, explained what changes I needed for my prescription addressed a couple of concerns.My last encounter was with Tracy for getting new glasses. She was very helpful with the paperwork, fitting/measuring picking out pretty practical frames with the clip it sunglasses.Thank you so much for being available on a Saturday being above beyond on customer service!!Linda Gillet
