I have only had my initial appointment and was very pleased with the experience. From the moment you walk in you are treated like a valued patient. There was an online process to fill out forms ahead of time and I was happy to see I was not asked to sign them once again when I arrived as happens with many other healthcare providers. Most importantly they were timely and professional. I respect others times and expect the same in return. I appreciate it when my time is valued and appointment times are adhered to. I waited less than five minutes from check-in to being called in for evaluation. All the staff was professional and there was no attempt to upsell unwanted items at the end of the consultation. I highly recommend.

The examination was very complete. I saw 5 specialist during my visit with the last one being Dr. Paez, OD. Although it took about a hour and a half I was pleased with the visit.

I am extremely pleased with the excellent treatment, service, and care provided by this institution. They are truly an example of what is expected in the healthcare field. God bless you all. Excellent doctors, nurses, and support staff.
