Ive been seeing eye doctors since I was four years oldnow 58and I have to say Ive never encountered someone as kind, caring, and genuinely thoughtful as Debbie, the tech at the Punta Gorda location.I told her this in person, but its worth putting into words again. I do not like going to the eye doctor. Its always toughmy eyes are in rough shape, and the whole process is stressful and emotional.But Debbies compassion, patience, and understanding completely changed the experience for me. She didnt just do her jobshe connected, and that made a world of difference.People like her are rare, and I just wanted to make sure she knows how much it meant.
