I recently went with my mother to see Dr. Frantz for a refractive lens exchange evaluation, and while all of the staff we encountered were amazing, I have to give praise to Patricia H. She sat with my mother and explained what a cataract is, went through the basics of how cataract surgery is performed, and then went through and explained the different lens options and technologies offered at Frantz Eyecare. I was thoroughly impressed by how she articulated everything in a way that my mother could understand. She took her time and made sure that all questions were answered. Im grateful for our experience with her today! She is a great asset to the practice.
