Professional and Courteous amid Calm and Comfortable Surroundings

09/14/2023. Follow-up appointment after cataract surgery with Dr. Feder and Lessie was as pleasant as always. I cant praise this whole team enough. Their empathy and genuine concern for their patients condition is amazing. They have supported me well through my whole visual recovery journey.This visit also included the purchase of some glasses and Baiba continued the excellent and very professional service I have come to expect from this practice. The advice and concern for the best outcome is always uppermost in their minds, and Baiba certainly reflects that tremendously. The admin staff are always welcoming and very pleasant. It is an unusual but very appreciated environment in todays World of social distancing and appointment rushing. Thank you everyone for this appointment and outcome today.

Dr Burkley and Caroline Torynn are just wonderful. I never have a long wait. Everyone there is very nice. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
