My wife, Dorayne, recently had cataracts removed from her eyes serviced by Dr. Frantz. Her eye care was thoroughly impressive and for me heartwarming to see her happy about the entire procedure.For my annual eye exam, the recollection of my wifes professional cataract removals and follow up care by Dr Franz and his staff, convinced me that I had a new Eye Care doctor.Was I disappointed at my appointment today? No one gives five stars if he/she was disappointed. Five stars! For Dr. Franz and his staff, ESPECIALLY Dr. Johnson and her assistant, Sara Z, I would give one hundred stars.Their service today for an ol guy was admirable and highly commendable. Why? Efficiency, professionalism, courtesy, patience, acutely knowledgeable, friendly and with a smile that would melt the sun. Wait! I feel they should deserve five hundred stars. Thats it! Having to get a shot in my eye I didnt know what to expect. She made me feel at ease. Her entire staff was great and very helpful.

The staff from check-In, the nurses, doctor and the checkout are always nice and friendly.
