I had a hydra facial done by Rachel in the cosmetic center at Frantz Eyecare! I have had them done in so many places, many resorts and many spas in the area!! Rachel by far is the best of the best! She took her time, she was efficient, she made it so relaxing, I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!
