On Wed, April 30th, I was at The Fort Myers office for a retinopathy appointment. All of my experience with Frantz eye care has been exceptional. From the receptionist, the techs to the eye doctors specialists.On Wednesdays appt there was one associate that stood out. His name is Brock. He was very engaging, friendly informative. He made me feel like I was as member of his family, putting me at ease about my possible shot.Thank you to all associates for the excellent care!
