Most importantly, they are technically superior to any other eye care company Ive ever been to. This inspires a very high degree of confidence. Next, every single employee my wife and I have encountered, regardless of which location were at, is flat out just plain, everyday nice. I mean everyone working there is pleasant, personable and just plain nice. I even told my wife on our last visit that the total experience at Frantz is so good they almost have you looking forward to going to see a doctor. You understand what I mean.
