Went to Franz Eye clinic in Punta Gorda, FL today. Absolutely loved everyone in the process from checking in to ordering new glasses. Very personal and professional. The young lady at the desk represented this office with a sincere greeting and professional attitude. The technician ensured her examinations were thorough and were obviously delivered with a concern for my vision. The doctor genuinely cared about my vision and discussed good eye health measures I should take. Very knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. The person who fitted me for glasses treated me like someone she wanted the very best for. I couldnt ask for more in a clinic. Its clear that this eye doctor has sold his vision of offering top quality eye care across the organization and all medical staff bought in.
