From my first appointment, to my first cataract surgery, to the follow-up, EVERY SINGLE STAFF member was kind, patient and professional. My wife and I were duly impressed. My surgical team was outstanding - very kind and professional. My evaluation team was equally outstanding. I had general anesthesia because of.a serious phobia, and everyone was understanding and supportive. The surgery went perfectly.Having had experience leading a team of hundreds of people, I know this starts at the top and filters down, and only happens as a result of good selection and clear training, expectations and oversight. Obviously the right people were hired and care very much about the service they provide. It shows.We thank everyone for their assistance and service. I know the second eye surgery will be just as positive. The practice, and the staff, have earned our trust and respect. We would highly recommend Frantz EyeCare. Thank you!!Follow-up:Second surgery went perfect. The medical and support staff are incredible; professional, kind and supportive.
