Cannot say enough about the staff at Franz Eyecare in Naples. Patricia and Michelle K are a perfect fit if you are looking for kindness and compassion to make your experience here not just a comforting one, but a great help to guide you through your visits and decision making process.Add to that the spotless facilities, and you have a win/win.

Friendly staff and great doctor

My experience was a good one. First time at this office. I took my daughter in because she had a headache and loss of vision in one eye for 10 days and nothing was helping. I was able to get an appt the next day but we were there for 4 hours. I think it was because there were additional tests that they wanted to do in hopes of figuring out what was wrong. The office is very well organized and the staff is honestly delightful. When you are there, you may see several staff members because they have employees that specialize in that test you are taking. We are self insured so they made sure to let me know the cost of each test being done so there were no surprises at checkout. At the end of our visit they did tell us that her eyesight was fine so there was another issue going on. Long story short, it was a tooth infection. Her tooth never bothered her so it was hard to pinpoint but the staff was there for the long haul! Thank you!!

Another great exam visit. Tabitha was very personal and knowledgeable.
