Very professional

Went through the VA for the appointment. I was impressed with the whole process. The tech took my information and did preliminary tests. Very nice and very professional. Then came Dr. Edwards. She was very engaging and her professionalism showed through as she went through the exam. 15-20 minutes later we were complete. I received my prescription and was complete. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Edwards for your eye exam needs.

On time and very knowledgeable

I just want to say how much I appreciated the technician at Frantz Eyecare Specialist today. They were so gentle, attentive, and reassuring, which made a big difference for me. Its not always easy going to appointments, but they made the whole experience very positive. Special thanks to Lessie. She was amazing !!!
