Jana took the time to review everything with me and was very attentive to what I wanted regarding style etc. She made sure I understood my insurance coverage and my cost. I was pleasantly surprised with the overall cost. It was competitive or better than other eyeglass vendors. She restored my faith in purchasing glasses at the office.
