I received incredible service from Tracy in the Punta Gorda office. Of my own fault, I had purchased a very expensive pair of prescription glasses that I was unable to wear and returned too late. Tracy went above and beyond to get the frames remade into something I could wear and also provided contacts to make up for the money I lost on the unuseable lenses. Im so grateful to Tracy who made a maddening situation into a customer service victory!
