Customer service is an obvious priority for this team of professionals. From warm welcome as you enter the spotless facility to the time you walk out the door. They put an extraordinary amount of thought into each customer they serve. A lavish snack center with plenty of refreshments, all gratuitous I might add, along with comfortable chairs and tables large enough for all your work accessories. It is a well oiled machine with you in mind. I wont go anywhere else. This was the office off Three oaks and Alico Rd. I cant Imagine the service to be any different at their other locations.

I wasnt happy with my other provider so I switched to Franz Eye Care, and boy am I glad! I was impressed with the facility, but the staff was fabulous. The exam I received was the most thorough Ive gotten since moving to Florida. They took their time, explained my vision condition, and treatment. Each person was polite and never made me feel hurried, unlike my former eye Dr. I will certainly recommend them to others.

Every thing went well. Exam and purchase of new glasses both handled smoothly
