The Staff was very polite. The only issue I had was after getting my eyes examined I requested a copy of my new eye prescription and I was told that I would have to pay for it. This is unacceptable.

Dr Frantz was very thorough explaining everything to me and listened to what I had to say when I was asking questions. He (everyone there) was very polite and welcoming. I recommend them 100%
