I waited in the lobby for an extremely long time. I finally approached the desk and asked why I hadnt been called after waiting for an hour and was told that they had been looking for me. But someone in the office felt badly about the situation and expedited me to have my appointed fulfilled. In spite of all that, I was treated well and was very impressed with the office personnel from that point forward. The service was excellent!!

Ive always been well treated by this Dr. Franz staff. Ive been made comfortable at all times.

I came here for my annual eye exam and was very pleased. Dr. Yontz was not only really thorough but she was also super friendly as was all of the staff here. This will definitely be where Ill be going from now on as long as circumstances permit.
