From my first appointment, to my first cataract surgery, to the follow-up, EVERY SINGLE STAFF member was kind, patient and professional. My wife and I were duly impressed. My surgical team was outstanding - very kind and professional. My evaluation team was equally outstanding. I had general anesthesia because of.a serious phobia, and everyone was understanding and supportive. The surgery went perfectly.Having had experience leading a team of hundreds of people, I know this starts at the top and filters down, and only happens as a result of good selection and clear training, expectations and oversight. Obviously the right people were hired and care very much about the service they provide. It shows.We thank everyone for their assistance and service. I know the second eye surgery will be just as positive. The practice, and the staff, have earned our trust and respect. We would highly recommend Frantz EyeCare. Went to Frantz Eye Center 9/29/23 for a Cataract surgery evaluation. Wow what an experience. From the ladies at the front desk to my first examination with Lessie to the last Surgery Coordinator with Roxanne I was blown away. The kindness, the concern, the helpfulness & patience about my silly questions, everyone one so professional & yet personal made this a Wonderful & exciting experience. Everyone made you feel like a Loving Family.I have been in SWF for 19& 1/2 year and saw just about every Frantz TV Commercials & never imagined I would ever need cataract Surgery & with the Top Doctor in this Field. But there I was in the same Room with the best & very concerned Doctor in his Field. I am very honored to have you Dr Frantz to do my Eye Surgery.
