Shocking how efficient & on time my entire visit went. I arrived 10 ahead of my appointment time. Quickly called. Each event went Bing Bing Bing. NO LONG WAITING TIMES. I left my appointment in 75! What a pleasant surprise. At my previous Naples Retina Dr. I could expect a 3 hour time frame at least.

They worked me due to my surgeon not being available to an appointment that based on them could not be missed. They got me in on time. Dr Nguyen spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions. I was very comfortable with her .I will be returning to her for all of my post op appointments from now on.

Another very pleasant experience. Dr. Strosser was again very friendly and thorough and answered all my questions. Friendly, smiling faces at the front desk always a plus! Patrice was thorough, friendly and engaging. Thank you. See you next year.
