From the moment I entered the door, the Frantz team worked like a well-oiled machine. I was impressed with the smoothness and effiency of the team, from forms that needed to be signed, to the pre-exam with two technicians to the exam, itself, by one of the doctors. The doctor was even familiar with my history. He referred to some of the past issues with my eyes. I left the office feeling that the Frantz team is VERY professional AND that they care very much about patients and their well-being.

Jaynie and Dr. Feder were wonderful! I had been going to another eye center year after year and I was always there at least 3 hours and I had always felt I was a burden not a patient. I'm so happy that I went to Frantz Eye Care. They were professional and punctual and made me feel welcome!

The technician and the optometrist were both excellent and very professional.
