I had the pleasure of being treated at Frantz Eyecare in Cape Coral last week.My entire experience was amazing. The front desk greeted me with smiles. Then I was called back and a very polite young man named Kenny performed several eye tests on me while keeping me informed throughout each step so I would know what to expect and ease any anxiety I might have. Then Doctor Johnson came in and gave me a very thorough examination. Her professionalism and explanations were exemplary. At my age I regularly see many doctors. However, Dr. Johnson stands alone as the doctor who seems to genuinely care instead of just going through her obligatory steps. If I could give Dr. Johnson more than 5 stars I certainly would. After my examination was complete I stopped to get my glasses adjusted since I did not need a prescription change. Toni took care of my needs with a smile. It became apparent to me that at this office everyone seems to enjoy working there.My experience was entirely positive and I cant recommend Frantz Eyecares Cape Coral office strong enough.Regards,Wayne J.

The technicians, assistants, doctors, front desk and other support staff have always been polite, pleasant and professional. The only exception has been two of the staff that take your money in the Ft. Myers office. The last two times I was there I encountered rudeness and lack of professionalism- a very sharp contrast to the usually polite and professional service I am accustomed to expecting. I would and have recommended Frantz Eye Care to others. Have been a patient for many years.

Having LASIK surgery with Dr Frantz is one of the greatest decisions I have ever made. The staff have always been very friendly and professional.I can play golf and tie fishing line again without having to wear glasses. Simply life changing
