This office truly cares about their patients. I had symptoms of what may have been the beginning of a retinal tear, of course this started over a holiday weekend, but I was able to call the office and speak to a nurse who sent the message to the Dr on call, and low and behold, Dr Feder met me at the office on a holiday to give me an eye exam. I can't thank them enough! I would highly recommend Frantz Eyecare!!!

Had LASIK surgery yesterday and they did an awesome job. Dr. Robin and his staff made me feel confident and comfortable and Im so happy I did it!

I appreciated the personal attention given to me during my checkup. It all started at the reception desk where the receptionist gave me a warm welcome and made sure I filled out all the required forms. The person who took me in for the series of tests made sure that I was comfortable and knew exactly what to expect. He took his time explaining the tests and to have a real conversation with me during the process. Dr. Anderson was wonderful, professional and very thorough with her examination. She made sure that I can see the chart clearly down to the last line. I also appreciated the explanation she gave regarding the pictures taken of my eyes. It was highly educational with just enough information for a layman. My wife is already looking forward to her checkup. Finally, I was shown the eye glasses available at the clinic by a wonderful lady who was very patient in guiding me through all the different selections. She was also thorough when explaining the lens options and how they differed to the past generations. She addressed all my questions cheerfully, which really made my day. Coming out of the office, I felt confident that I have chosen the right group and have received the proper eye care everyone deserves.

Dr Robin and his team made me feel so comfortable during my procedure. I looked at over 4 different Lasik centers before choosing Frantz. I asked around SWFL where people went as well. And everyone kept on saying Frantz. was thinking about Lasik for over 10 years. I wish I had done it sooner. I was most impressed with Dr Robins follow up now days it takes leaving messages for a Physican to get back to patients. Dr Robin is great at his follow up. Thank you.
