Wonderful experience! Dr. Plous took great care of my mother! He was understanding and explained my mothers diagnosis and treatment options. His staff was helpful, patient and sensitive to Moms needs. I would highly recommend Dr. Plous to anyone.

Everyone from the women at the front desk, Michelle, the assistant who did prelimary work, to Dr. Paez, were friendly and professional. The office was clean and state of the art.

From the time you walk in the front door you are taken care of very professionally! I have never been in a medical office this big, yet so well organized, professional and caring. I dont think I ever sat for more than 10 minutes at a time between my 3 hours of tests and consultations. Very comfortable waiting areas with, coffee, cold drinks and warm cookies. Thank you to all the staff for making me feel so much better about having my surgery, Judy King
