Everyone there was extremely helpful and patient. They took their time and explained things to me. Doris was extra patient. When I picked out my glasses I said I had a budget. The lady who helped me, (I think her name was Ashley) was so helpful. She didn't try to oversell me at all. I will continue to trust Frantz eye care.
They were very responsive when I called in an emergency situation. It turned out good but was very happy with service provided.
