Dr Goel was my glaucoma specialist in West Virginia. We drove to Naples Florida to continue his expert professional care and compassionate bedside manner.

Dr. Nguyen puts me through and very thorough set of examinations before seeing me in person. She answered all my questions and addressed all related issues. The down side to this is that it is a time-consuming process involving too much wait time through no fault of Dr. Nguyen. There are simply too few doctor serving too many patients.

It was our first appointment. We didn't know what to expect. The woman at the front desk was friendly and funny. Debbie, the first professional who took the majority of my tests, was excellent. She was professional, extremely clear with her instructions while being personable and interesting. The doctor who finished the visit was knowledgeable, organized and his advice was sensible. The man who fitted me for glasses did not pressure me. I asked him to measure me for glasses so I could order them on line. My husband said his experience was much the same. We found good, competent eye care here in Florida which can be a challenge.

Dr. Paez and his assistant were very professional. The office was very accommodating and patient-oriented.
