Extremely professional from the moment you arrive to the moment your appointment ends. One thing that will always stick out in my mind is when I was doing all the testing prior to cataract surgery was Dr. Frantz saying to me " I don't want to leave this room unless you are certain that you have asked me about all of your concerns". Highly unusual but very much appreciated.Mike Hayes
