The staff all the way from testing to surgical is meticulous about properly informing patients about what to expect. I was impressed by the smooth transition of each appointment. The staff and doctor are extremely professional and courteous which left me with full confidence that I didn't have to worry about anything & that I was in the right place for superb care. All of my questions and concerns were always answered. I am very excited to see the final results of the new me.

Leslie, Sam S., and Dr. Yontz, were all very friendly and professional. They were very accommodating when we discovered that I had showed up for an appointment that I actually canceled weeks prior. I guess I forgot. The doctor still made an effort to see me and was very kind. I honestly recommend this facility because I believe in good customer service, civility, which our current society seems to lack, and timeliness. Since I stopped at the facility before work, I was able to make it there at a decent time.

New location is easy to find and is a much better experience! I had Lessie do my pre-exam and she was fantastic at her job. Dr Nquyen was very caring and thorough in her exam as well. Jani in optical got me fitted with my new glasses/frames and explained everything easily. The entire visit was a little over an hour so I will highly recommend anyone to trust their visions with these professionals!
