I was surprised to see a lower rating than expected for this practice. It must be a case of those that are not happy speak-up and those that are don't.I waited longer than expected for my appointment but it was well worth it. By the time I left my second visit I felt I had graduated from a patient to a member of the Frantz family. Kudos to Dr. Nisha Warrier and her assistant Juree. I'll have to get something in my eye so I have an excuse to come and "see" you.Ray T
