Very thorough eye exam including dilating my eyes. They even took a picture of an area of concern on one eye so it could be used for comparison on future visits.Despite the restrictions from the virus they were very efficient at moving patients thru in a safe and timely manner.I had cataracts fixed there last year and that was a good experience as well.I would definitely recommend them, it seems like even though they are a large practice with a lot of employees, the processes are in place that drive customer satisfaction.

I am a medical & financial consultant in Naples. I am very impressed with Dr. Frantz's office from an operating standpoint. I felt professionalism, efficiency and experienced a happy team attitude which is very rare in medical offices. As for my cataract surgeries my right eye surgery went flawlessly and I expect the same with my left eye tomorrow.Great office, great physician and great staff!
I am very pleasantly surprised and grateful for the kindness, caring, professionalism and skills of every staff member, especially Dr. Frantz. Astounding. All healthcare should be trained to operate the same way. They set the high bar in every aspect of care and treatment.
