From the minute I walked in until I left, I felt that I was in great hands. Very organized and efficient office. I had the pleasure of meeting professional staff who genuinely care about you. They do listen to what you say.Dr.Nguyen was very caring and helpful. She answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I would highly recommend everyone to Frantz eyecare.

I was very disappointed yesterday. I arrived around 1:10 for my 1:15 appointment and was not see until 4:20. No one should have to wait 3 hours to see the Dr. I have an app. May 4th and if I have to wait more than 30 minutes I will leave. Someone should have come out to tell us that they were that far behind and given us the option to leave and come back another day.

I just had a Lasik vision correction procedure done at Frantz Eye Care in Fort Myers with Dr. Robin this past Friday, and I couldn't be happier with the services they provided. It was a pleasant experience from the initial consultation straight through to the post-op appointment. Dr. Robin even called me after hours the day of and over the weekend after the procedure to check in and make sure I was feeling ok. I was incredibly happy with the experience from start to finish, and I highly recommend them!
