If I could I would give them a TEN STAR rating. Doctor Bokman and Doctor Burch are beyond fantastic. Both of them took their time to ask questions and listened intently to not only my response, but to my questions and concerns. Both are incredibly professional and caring. I never felt rushed when speaking with them. BOTH are a breath of fresh air in the medical industry that puts "time limits" on doctors speaking with patients. I credit Dr. Frantz for the "old fashioned" way of treating patients. ALSO, the staff is unbelievable. From the time that I approached the front desk until the time I left, EVERY single staff member was beyond helpful and pleasant. I asked one of the assistants if they take a "happy pill" when they start their day because the entire staff was so upbeat with smiles on their faces and eager to help. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Frantz EyeCare to everybody who cares about their vision and being treated like a human being versus a number that they want to rush out the door. I've read all the reviews and can only speak about MY experience. As far as being sent from one person to another for testing......I would rather have someone who specializes in a certain area then have ONE person who is a "jack of all trades and master of none". Again, I LOVED my experience (Laser Procedure by Dr. Burch) and the time that Dr. Bokman spent with me (concerning eye lid surgery) along with the entire staff.

Great experience at the PG office, in and out for a quick and thorough eye exam. My tech Debbie was wonderful as usual! Great office and team all around.

When it was finally time to have my cataracts removed, I chose Dr. Frantz, largely due to his nearby location (SW FL), extensive surgical experience and excellent patient reviews. The total experience required eight visits over two months plus two follow-ups. I must say, the effort was worth it! After wearing bi and tri-focals for over 30 years, I am now completely free of corrective eyeglasses! I did a lot of research online and spoke to several friends regarding their experience. There is a great deal to learn about IOLs and there are many choices available. Based on the way I answered my sight preferences survey, Dr. Frantz recommended the Alcon PanOptix IOL for both eyes. However, with further research, I learned that some patients were very happy with a "custom blend" of one PanOptix and one Vivity IOL. I broached this possibility with several members of the Frantz staff and they secured his agreement. Both surgeries went well and my "new eyes" give me 20/20 vision! Halleluiah!

Dr. Yontz is both professional and very informative. I'm looking forward to my visit next year.
