Called for an emergency visit because seeing flashes of light. Phone call answered immediately and appointment was the same morning. That was one of the most professional office that I have been to. Dr was outstanding and all the staff made you feel relaxed and important. When you have an emergency it is great to have a doctors office so caring as Dr Frantz has. Dr. Edward did an excellent exam on me. Very thorough, explained everything well. Very nice personality. My wife made appointment with her. Assistant who prepared me was also excellent. Appointment was on time.
