GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT CARE, with GREAT KNOWLEDGE regarding my Eye Care. I live in Punta Gorda but, have followed Dr. Burkley and his team with Frantz Eye Care from the Punta Gorda Office (a 20 minute ride) to his Leigh High Acres Offices because of his professional knowledge of my eye problem and his personal care. I had the pleasure of being treated at Frantz Eyecare in Cape Coral last week.My entire experience was amazing. The front desk greeted me with smiles. Then I was called back and a very polite young man named Kenny performed several eye tests on me while keeping me informed throughout each step so I would know what to expect and ease any anxiety I might have. Then Doctor Johnson came in and gave me a very thorough examination. Her professionalism and explanations were exemplary. At my age I regularly see many doctors. However, Dr. Johnson stands alone as the doctor who seems to genuinely care instead of just going through her obligatory steps. If I could give Dr. Johnson more than 5 stars I certainly would. After my examination was complete I stopped to get my glasses adjusted since I did not need a prescription change. Toni took care of my needs with a smile. It became apparent to me that at this office everyone seems to enjoy working there.My experience was entirely positive and I cant recommend Frantz Eyecares Cape Coral office strong enough.Regards,Wayne J.
