As a lasik/smile patient they treat you like royalty up until you pay the $4000. Then they treat you like any other pond scum that walks in there. You wait less than 30 seconds to be seen before you pay. After you pay the follow ups take over an hour and you wait 30+ minutes to be seen every time. Surgery is amazing and vision is perfect. Customer experience post paying needs some work.

Outstanding service and care! Well run and organized. My wife and I have both been there now, my wife having recently had cataract surgery which was exceptional. Everyone is highly trained and efficient. Great facility as well with a nice waiting area. Highly recommend.
