Efficient and professional at every level.

First time with both Frantz Eye Care and Dr Edward. From beginning to end of my appointment, everyone was professional and kind. I had a few questions for Dr Edward that she graciously took the time to answer, without making me feel like she was rushing off to her next patient.When I left, I had a problem with my Uber driver. I dont speak Spanish. The receptionist got on my phone and was able to resolve the problem for me in spanish. That is going above and beyond your job description!!!I would recommend Frantz Eye Center and Dr Edward to everyone for their eye care needs.

Fantastic, very professional extremely thorough. I see Dr Nguyen, very pleasant.The gal who took us back and did EVERYTHING was Lessie was extremely pleasant and nice to chat with, very kind. Room to room to room to room extremely professional. Ive met dr Frantz before a few times and hes just as kind, caring and attentive. Thank you Frantz eye care
