Dr Frantz and his amazing staff are the standard of the industry in South West Florida. Every facility that I have gone to in the last two years have been staffed by the most friendly and courteous people, eager to answer questions and walk you through every step of each procedure. Special shout out to Dr Johnson and Leslie in the cape office earlier today.

Prompt and efficient. The waiting period has always been minimal - 5 minutes if that. The office is clean and professional.

The level of professionalism of their staff is reassuring when dealing with something as vital as eyesight. They are quite busy during season so the wait time can be quite lengthy. Otherwise I would give 5 stars!

My 1st time here and found everyone from the greeter to the doctor were very concerned with my issue and did a great job reaching a resolution.
