One lucky person will win a free iLASIK procedure
Local Cataract & LASIK Specialist Jonathan M. Frantz, MD, FACS, is inviting local residents who are at least 21 years of age to submit an essay between now and February 15, 2011, about why they would like to have LASIK surgery and how they think it will change their life. The essay that he and the doctors at Florida Eye Health deem most convincing will win a free LASIK surgery.
The official contest entry form and terms and conditions of the contest can be found on the Florida Eye Health website. In addition to submitting a 200-word or less essay and agreeing to the official contest rules, those entering the contest are required to have a complimentary LASIK screening to determine their candidacy for surgery and eligibility for the contest. Ideal candidates for LASIK are those between 21 and 45 years of age who are nearsighted, farsighted, or have astigmatism and want to reduce their dependence on glasses or contact lenses. The winner of the free iLASIK procedure will be posted after March 15 on the Florida Eye Health website and Facebook page.
