Lehigh location - Tracy is great. Dr. Burkley is great. Receptionist Ashley makes you feel like you're a homeless person trying to check into the Ritz Carlton, not like you're a customer who's taken three hours of leave to make an appointment and who will likely be leaving substantial cash at Frantz. Uppity and more than a little condescending. Since I got out of hard contacts in the 90s, I've never met a doctor who needed to see me again, IN PERSON, in order to issue a lens prescription. So 10 days after my exam, I was still waiting on a prescription (more time off). Their internet or "system" seems to be down often, also, complicating ability to print documents or email confirmations. Otherwise, coffee, cookies, and candy are nice touches, and aside from reception, staff seems great.
