Nurses and staff were wonderful and friendly. First time ever that I had IV with no bruising and Im on blood thinners!!

Initial experience very good! Office is beautiful. Bathroom stalls are all handicap friendly (at least the ones in lobby area) Everyone seems professional It was a little odd with the production line initial check in and eye screen. Perhaps a little detail how the production lineprocess works and the fact that once you are in the exam room, the eye exam proceeds like every place else. To be honest, I dont see why they have the production line eye check since eveything is then done in the exam room. Must be a reason and that should be told to the patient. I have a first surgery consult in a few weeks and will see how that goes. I am considering having cataract surgery there. Will post again how my surgery consult go.P,S, the person who did my initial eye exam seemed very uninterested in their job; if you get this person hang in there as once the doctor and his assistant come in, things are all good. they were not bad before doctor came in room, just a little off putting; I feel bad saying this because I do not know that persons story.

The location is clean, safe, and very professional. The staff is polite and punctual. Dr Hogan, Lessie was very thorough and knowledgeable and Chelsie was very helpful. This was my 2nd year and 2nd doctor at Frantyz and both doctors provided the most comprehensive exam Ive had in over 20 years of yearly eye exams. I will only use Frantz EyeCare for all my eye exams and eye concerns.Thank you Frantz EyeCare and team!
