Friendly and thorough.

Receptionist was not happy, not welcomingTech was friendly and happyMy only complaint? I had to re schedule my appointment from July to August, I was given a different dr without my okay! I have gone to Dr Yontz for years, I did not get an email till a few days before my appt, too late to changeWhile Dr Myers was nice, I did not appreciate being scheduled with someone else without my approval!

I met with Dr. Joseph Legiec at Frantz Eye care. He was excellent. And his assistant Christina was also excellent. They answered all my questions and made helpful suggestions. Everything was friendly, reasonable, intelligible, and professional and made me feel very comfortable. They are caring and worthy of your trust...

My eye exam was very thorough. The technicians for the tests were polite professional. The optometrist, Veronique Edward, was very pleasant and answered my concerns. I will return for my eye exams.
