I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Frantz EyeCare from beginning to end!My pre-op appointment was incredibly thorough. Everything was explained clearly, all of my questions were answered, and I felt comfortable and prepared going into my LASIK procedure.I especially want to recognize Dr. Burch, my surgeon. He was so sweet, thorough, and reassuring throughout the entire experience. My surgery went wonderfully, and I truly felt like I was in great hands from start to finish. What stood out to me even more was that Dr. Burch personally texted me afterward to check on how I was doing. That meant so much to me. It was such a simple gesture, but it really showed that his care for his patients extends beyond the procedure itself.Ive now had two post-op appointments, and both have been great experiences. At my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of working with Geoffrey, and he deserves some special recognition as well. He was incredibly sweet, conversational, thorough, and personable. He has a genuine ability to connect with his patients and make you feel completely comfortable. It honestly felt like talking with a friend. He took his time, went above and beyond, and made what could have been just another follow-up appointment such a positive experience.And the best part? At that appointment, it was confirmed that I officially have 20/20 vision! It has only been a little over a week since my surgery, and I can genuinely say my vision seems to get better and clearer as each day passes. Being able to wake up and just see after relying on glasses and contacts is still amazing to me.From my pre-op care, to Dr. Burch and the surgical team, to my post-op visits, I have felt genuinely cared for every step of the way. Im incredibly grateful to the entire Frantz EyeCare team, with a special thank you to Dr. Burch and Geoffrey for making such a life-changing experience even more memorable.
