I felt they gave the best service I ever received in my life and I have had eyecare my entire life over 60 years. They explained the medical issues that I am having in clear details. I was able to get my special testing for retina diseases as well as my regular eye exams and get my eyeglass prescription filled (and I was allowed to bring my own frame and they validated that my Rockawear frame was a good sturdy frame to put my new lenses into) with it all being done by an actual Opthamologist who is board certified. He is equipped with new advanced knowledge of treatments. Dr. Goule explained some of the problems that came from the medical procedure that I had performed over a year ago that caused me to have a lot of complications.With a facility of this size it was a good feeling to only have 1 staffer (very young blonde) that was disrespectful. The staffer that took the initial health information to create my file put the drops in my eyes to do the retina exam was very sarcastic when I explained the pronunciation of amblyopia. She insisted on changing it to something she understood which is a different disease this was the only disappointment with the whole procedure because of issues like this a worker can decide to describe what is written in your medical chart but I clearly know what how it is pronounced as Ive had to deal with it for more than 60 years. We went back forth a few times about how its pronounced spelled before I realized I couldnt win since she controls the keyboard pen and is not listening to me and inputting what she wants it to show.One of the other really good things about this facility is that they accepted my insurance so everything was covered and they typically accept most insurances policies. As for the interiors they are a large building within a large shopping center all in a 1st floor walk-up with plenty of space they even serve snacks while you wait the wait times were only about 7 minutes at most even with appointment. Now thats really a good cause no one wants to be waiting long when you scheduled an appointment in advance. Thanks for great service I will be back next year for my annual exams

Frantz Eye Care Associates are always friendly, professional and do not waste my time. They show concern and care for my eye health. They facililtate my appointments in a timely manner when necessary. Highly recommend!

Although busy, I was handled quickly and efficiently. The level of care is outstanding and the office beautiful !

Professional and thorough.

Reception and exam areas very inviting and modern. Assistants and Dr. very attentive. I just wish Id dressed warmer, whole building was VERY cold (temperature).
