Very knowledgeable and pleasant

Wait time is minimum, every person I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! It is a very pleasant experience even though I am there for the injection in my eyeball to slow progression of eye problem! Plus the treatment is working!!!!!! Win-win event all way round!

I went with my wife to Dr Frantz yesterday. The staff was wonderful. They did a REALLY thorough exam, including a retina scan. She really loves Dr Frantz. Very compassionate.The only thing we didnt like was being stuck in a small room waiting for the doctors for an hour and no one even checked in with us. Thought we had been forgotten. ....She feels it WAS worth the wait though!!!

I have significant health issues which make it difficult to be up for long. They took that into consideration and enabled me to finish sooner.

The step by step Eye Exam process was through. Your personnel were very knowledgeable and provided concise answers to numerous questions. Follow on scheduling was rapid and conformed to my needs.The only down side was that the day of my examination was a very busy day in the office resulting in the whole process taking a lot of time.I would give a grading of A to the whole exercise.... A+ if there werent so many people that were being processed through on the day.
