Dr. Nguyen examined my eyes on January 27, 2022. She detected a detached retina in my right eye. My insurance provider does not cover services at Frantz Eyecare. She had staff call local ophthalmology clinics to refer me to for emergency treatment. I had a friend drive me to Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami that evening. Dr. William Smiddy with the Institute operated on my eye the next morning. Dr. Nguyen saved the sight in my eye and a lot of money by finding a provider to take immediate care of my problem. She and the support staff at Frantz Eyecare were very caring and diligent in assisting me. Id give them 100 stars if available!

I had cataract surgery with Dr Franz and all my follow up visits with Dr Paez. He is professional and caring. He answered all my questions. Pablo his assistant is very caring as well.

Roxanne, Lessie and Dr yortz are the friendliest folks.These professional people make it a pleasure to do business at Frantz eye care.Dr Frantz is very lucky to have these people working for him.
