All the staff is so pleasant and knowledgeable about their particular area. I love Dr. Nguyen. Shes the best. And I saw Dr. Frantz, himself, the last time and he was awesome. He allayed my fears about having cataract surgery!

I had a very thorough eye exam by Dr. Renee Houser, who explained everything she was doing and her findings. Dr. Hauser and the staff was very knowledgeable and professional. The facility was clean, the staff was very courteous. The only issue I had was I filled out all the paperwork for my registration through the bettervision.net patient portal 2 weeks prior to my appointment and had to redo it all at the office because it never went through. I will definitely continue to use Frantz Eyecare.
