Staff was extremely professional and extremely competent. I also noted that almost every employee I met seemed to be happy and they were all smiling. I perceived their happiness to be authentic. After meeting with Dr Frantz I also perceived him to be sincere and concerned about my well being

The staff at this location is always so friendly. Lessie did a great job explaining the process to me and Dr Yontz takes the time to answer all of your questions.
