Yesterday was my first visit. The appointment was for 12:45 and I was called at 1:15. The staff were all genuinely pleasant and professional. Dr. Khan is very upbeat, charismatic and supportive and I have confidence in his expertise. Sally at the front desk is also outstanding as were Lisa and Lessy (not sure about those names!).

The total experience of my pre-op cataract surgery appointment was great. Each person I had contact with made me feel confident I made the right choice. Braille (sorry if I misspelled her name) was especially nice as well as competent during the process.

Very impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Been going there for years, and never had a complaint.
